How soon can you come out?
Same-week is standard. We often have same-day or next-day slots open. Call (248) 609-3705 to check.
Do I have to move furniture?
We move and replace anything we can safely handle alone, two-person items (beds, dressers) we work around.
How long until I can walk on the carpet?
2–4 hours for foot traffic. Fully dry overnight. Open a window and run a fan to speed things up.
Do you treat pet stains?
Yes. Enzyme pre-treatment is $25 per affected area and addresses both stain and odor.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured and bonded. Ask for proof of insurance when we arrive.
